FB001-01P- HE HS coated plate

FB001-02P-HES HS coated plate (extra sensitive)

Ra 001-01-EK Kit with recombinant heparanase (complete Kit with positive control)

Ra001-02-K Kit containing plate and reaction buffers but NO positive control)

RA1001-03-P Biotinylated heparan sulphate coated 96-well plate

These assays can be used to measure enzyme activity with higher specificity and sensitivity than currently available methodology and can also be successfully used for inhibitor studies in high throughput screening.
The tests can be used on plasma, urine, synovial fluid, cell and tissue cultures, tissues extract etc.

The Assay for Heparanase

The Heparanase assay will lead to the development of other assays for chondroitinase and hyaluronidase. Heparanase is known to play a role in angiogenesis, inflammation, tumour metastasis, hair growth and release and activation of cellular signalling molecules.
