McAllister SM, et al. Systemic Endocrine Instigation
of Indolent Tumor Growth Requires Osteopontin. Cell. 133: 994-1005.
http://www.cell.com/content/article/abstract?uid=PIIS0092867408006211
This group used our RayBio® Human Cytokine Array 5 to help determine that
osteopontin is a key mediator of tumor outgrowth and instigation, both of
which are necessary for metastasis of tumors.

al. Chemokine Signaling via the CXCR2 Receptor Reinforces Senescence. Cell.
2008; 133:1006-1018.
http://www.cell.com/content/article/abstract?uid=PIIS0092867408006193
This blockbuster article identifies CXCR2 and its chemokine ligands as being
important to maintaning senescence in cells. The authors used our Human
Cytokine Array 5 in the identificaion of the roles of these molecules. This
is a very good article for our products, as the results of the array were
consistent with other published results and were confirmed using both qPCR
and ELISA.

A Chinese herbal decoction, Danggui Buxue Tang, activates extracellular
signal-related kinase in cultured T-lymphocytes. FEBS Lett. 2007;
581:5087-5093.
http://www.febsletters.org/article/S0014-5793(07)01035-6/abstract
This publication uses the Quantibody Human Th1/Th2 Cytokine Array to measure
changes in cytokine release from cultured T-lymphocytes in response to an
herbal preparation. The results were confirmed using ELISAs from another
manufacturer.
