Product
Description
LightArrayTM Amino Coated Slide is the latest product of our
company. Used in Amino Coated Slide is polished atomic flat glass (±20 Ĺ)
with special homogeneous SiO2 layer, which significantly
enhances the density of homological active group. Compared with other
similar products, the uniform and highly hydrophobic surface coating
offers stronger signal intensity and smaller spot sizes, enabling a more
precise scanning data. Manufactured by standard dimension (25 mm × 75.6
mm), Amino Coated Slides are rinsed and produced in Class 10,000
cleanroom. The highly efficient electrostatic coupling and ultra-low
background of the amino surface is applicable to high-density longer
oligonucleotide, cDNA, PCR products, and protein microarray
manufacturing. The antistatic aluminum foil packaging prevents moisture
and dust, expanding the usage of the product. The quality of LightArrayTM
Amino Coated Slide is superior among similar products.
It applies contact and non-contact printing methods for high-density
microarray manufacturing,
and it is compatible with all major brands of microarrayers and
scanners.

Figure 2: The very homogeneous and high density functional
amino-group surface coating, results in high signal to noise
ratios, excellent spot morphologies and reproducible spot sizes.
This is demonstrated by LightArray’s stained array image quality
compared with the competitor’s. |
