Suggested working concentrations
Western blotting: starting from 1:2000, dilution range 1:500-1:5000; immunofluorescent staining: starting from 1:200, dilution range 1:100-1:1000.
Preparation
Antibody is purified from culture supernatant using a protein G column
Store
4 °C for 12 months from date of despatch, -20 °C in aliquots for 2 years
